Our injected plastic bonded magnets are manufactured 100% in Italy through a highly automated horizontal injection molding process, fully compliant with IATF 16949 certification—guaranteeing superior quality. 

By directly injecting materials like ferrite or neodymium, we achieve complex geometries with extremely tight tolerances and customized magnetization (axial, radial, multipolar). The horizontal injection process also allows for the integration of metal inserts in a single production step, optimizing both time and costs. 

We use high-quality thermoplastic materials such as PA6, PA12, or PPS, selected based on the required operating conditions. These ensure operating temperatures up to 220 °C and excellent chemical resistance. The high magnetic charge content of our magnets guarantees an optimal balance between performance and stability. 

This advanced technology enables the production of lightweight, compact, and highly functional components—ideal for a wide range of applications including electric motors, actuators, valves, meters, angular and position sensors, even for large-scale manufacturing.
